Moto GP De Catalunya - Day 6
The journey over the Pyrenees was superb, definitely got to get down here on the bike soon. Avoided the toll roads through Spain aswell and it was still quite a quick journey, especially on a Sunday…the roads were empty.
Arrived in Cambrils (Playa De Montroig), a resort just south of Tarragona last night. We've decided to stay here for 5 nights rather than going down to Valencia. The weather is 'Very Hot' again (32), so a few days to chill on the beach before we head back up the coast to a site in reach of the circuit on Friday.
Tried to reserve tickets online today, but the site kept crashing. Tried to call them, but they won't take bookings over the phone this week. They are supposed to be emailing me a booking form, but no sight of it yet. I want to reserve seats for stadium A, (about middle of the price band at 100 euros) but there aren't many left, so may have to resort to general entry which is about 65 euros.
